Yet another event to break up the monotony of lvling/farming/raiding...if you would like to be involved. Scavenger hunts are events where the participants receive a list of things to get or accomplish that are scored according to difficulty in completion. Usually, the list isn't straightforward...things are alluded to...and part of the scoring is in if the participants actually get the correct task or item. This is open to anyone that frequents this forum.

We've compiled a short list of things that mix up Vanilla, BC and WotLK items and tasks. In the nature of collaboration, we're thinking that groups of two would be great and would allow some of the harder things to be completed.

Timewise:
October 16th: the lists will be posted on the forums at 6:00 pm. Let the hunting begin.

The teams, or individuals, then have the weekend to complete the hunt. Although it probably can be done in shorter time, we've felt this makes it just a little bit more relaxed and allows people to work with each other's schedules. After all, part of the exercise is teamwork.

October 18th,the Hunt ends and we'll go through the results to see the winners! Good luck to all

If you don't want to be actually IN the scavenger hunt, you can still come and hang out with us at the opening and closing.

It'll be on the in game calendar when I get back on Thursday with your main toon invited, but if you sign up, it's up to you who actually complete it on. This just made it easier to invite everyone. Either sign up on the calendar, ping it here, or nab Hiolia in game if you want to be involved.

I know when I've done this in the past in RL, it's a hoot...a lot of fun. Come on out and give it a try.

Instructions: Please limit yourselves to teams of two. If you do not have a partner, please alert either Graymon or Hiolia on any of their alts and we'll address the situation.

Rules: Emails, items in in-game mail, items that you have on body...should be received by either Graymon or Hiolia by 6 pm Sunday, October 18th. In the case of two teams finishing the entire list, we will take time into account.

Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place...honorable mentions as well.

I know Hiolia will be available most of the weekend to help. If you need her...and yes, you might need to dig up an additional one or two occasionally...she is able to help. Yes, you may switch one character to an alt for healing, tanking, etc. I would advise doing free for all loot and let the other main pick it up to turn in. You can email to jchipric@yahoo.com

Hey all, just a final recap:

The weekend was very busy for the teams. Everyone was rather involved; I don't think Hogger had seen that much action in quite a few months. On Sunday morning, three teams joined up to run BWL...complete with attunement.

Screencaps were received of rare animals and even rarer dragons. Deadmines was decimated. And Ragefire Chasm saw more of the Silver Guard all at once than I think it has in a LONG time.

Anyway:
