Here's a few I saw on another forum:

"Leading the Lamb to Slaughter" - kill 40 friendly players while they are Auto-following you.

"Training Day" - Increase any weapon skill by more then 25 points while grouped in any instance.

"Road Warrior" - Kill 50 players on a road in Arathi Basin who are 50 or more yards from any flag point.

"Thriller" - As a Death Knight, dance with at least two Ghouls under your control.

"Richard Pryor" - Run 100 yards while affected by enemy fire-based DOTs and survive.

"I'm Invincible" pull 100 gray con mobs at once, kill all of them.

"I drank what?" waste 100 potions by clicking the wrong hot key

"Loan shark" loan at least 10000g to guild mates, get all of it back with interest

"economist" accumulate 10,000g in one month without killing anything

"More Human" have reached exalted faction with everyone at some point including Bloodsail and booty bay, and scryer and aldor

"More metal" successfully main tank a boss mob with broken gear

"I didn't know i could do that!" forget to update your hot bar with new ranks of any ability

"The sound of music" fail to follow raid leader instructions because you cant hear vent over your music

"what did i miss?" Be afk for a boss fight and fail to get your loot before the mob de-spawns

"When i was your age" have at least 10 pre-expansion epics still in your bank

"Ive got an angle" have faked connection failure to leave a pug 100 times

"Everyone loves me" have every online member of your guild greet you at log in for 7 days in a row

If you have the highest rank on your bar and you buy the new rank, it automatically updates your bar. That was a fix several patches ago (pre TBC iirc). But, yeah, ahhhhhh, the memories.

This is a fun topic. Of course all the ones I can think of are PvP related...

"BG Baby" - Have more than 20 lines in any one BG complaining about how no one works together or listens to you

"AFK Master" - break AFK debuff 10 times during a single Alterac Valley match

"Killing Blow Theif" - You didn't hit anyone for more than 1000 pts but you got the KB on enemy players 500 times

"Miseradin" - A paladin who DI's the nearest player just before they die to save money on repairs 100 times in a row.

"PvP Pacifist" - Get no more than 10 honorable kills and 0 KB's in 15 BG's in a row

"Throw more fire wasn't the answer" - As a warlock, continue to to be the aggro target of a boss-level monster after using your soulshatter ability.
